Every printer we sell carries remaining manufacturer warranty — meaning if something goes wrong, you deal with the people who built it, not a middleman.

How it works

Each printer we sell is a refurbished unit that carries its remaining original manufacturer warranty. Because every unit has a different original purchase date, the remaining warranty period varies — but we guarantee a minimum of 90 days of coverage on every printer we sell. Many units carry significantly more, up to 2 years from the original purchase date.

Your exact warranty period will be clearly documented and included inside your shipment so you know exactly what you're covered for from day one.

How to make a warranty claim

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. You do not need to go through us. To get support or submit a claim:
