Not satisfied? We make returns as simple as possible. Free shipping, full refund, no hoops to jump through.

Return policy summary

How to return

  1. Find the prepaid FedEx label in your original shipment box.
  2. Repack the printer in the original packaging if possible.
  3. Drop it off at any FedEx location.
  4. Email us at alex@getrenewedprint.com with your order number so we can track it.

That's it. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Condition for returns

We ask that you return the printer in the same condition you received it — no physical damage beyond normal handling. The printer does not need to be in original packaging, but please pack it securely to prevent damage in transit.

If your prepaid return label is missing, email us at alex@getrenewedprint.com and we'll send you one.

Exchanges

We currently offer one SKU — the Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw — so we don't process exchanges. If there's an issue with your unit, contact us and we'll make it right, either through a return or a warranty replacement.

After 30 days

After the 30-day return window, your printer is covered by your warranty for hardware defects and functionality issues. See our Warranty page for details on what's covered and how to make a claim.
