RenewedPrint is an independent reseller of professionally refurbished printers operating from Virginia, USA. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any original equipment manufacturer. Product names and model numbers are used solely for identification purposes.
All products sold by RenewedPrint are professionally refurbished units. "Certified refurbished" means each unit has been disassembled, cleaned, tested, and verified to function like new. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting functionality may be present.
Toner cartridges and power cords are not included unless explicitly stated. We are transparent about what is and is not in the box.
All prices are listed in US dollars and include the product only. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your state. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order confirmed at a given price will be honored at that price.
Orders are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be verified.
We limit sales to 5 units per day to maintain quality control. If availability is exhausted, orders will not be accepted until the following business day.
We ship via FedEx to all 48 contiguous US states only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RenewedPrint is not responsible for FedEx delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to FedEx.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. A prepaid FedEx return label is included with your order. See our Return Policy for full details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Every printer ships with remaining manufacturer warranty — a minimum of 90 days, up to 2 years depending on the unit. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. Your exact warranty period is documented and included in your shipment. See our Warranty page for full details.
RenewedPrint's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
All content on getrenewedprint.com — including text, images, and design — is owned by RenewedPrint and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names and model numbers referenced on this site are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used for identification purposes only.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
